Assessment: This is the doorway to services and referral to residential or detox facilities when appropriate.

Individual Counseling: Client-centered sessions with a counselor.

Early Recovery Skills: Learn many basic skills needed to achieve initial sobriety.

Relapse Prevention: Designed to assist in maintaining abstinence by delivering information, support, and guidance.

MAT Program: Karuk SUDP provides opioid use disorder treatment for opioid dependence and addiction. Clinicians are experienced in treating addiction, and extremely dedicated to the treatment of opioid addiction and MAT

Social and Cultural Support: A group to aid clients in connecting with their unique cultural identities.

This program works with all Tribal departments to coordinate care and support the Tribal goal of empowering members and promoting wellness and self-sufficiency.
